Made a Pinterest and after seeing this post I remembered why I’ve never made one before
Here was my response
I absolutely cannot believe the responses this post is getting
Do you all need a reality check? As a society we are trying to get away from gender norm expectations for a reason. If your son is “feminine” let him be as feminine as he wants. You should be teaching your children that it doesn’t matter what you like and they shouldn’t care. For you to be stunting and MOLDING your children is a horrifying thought.
To the women who now says she needs to leave her son with dad when they get their nails done, get over yourself. So what if your THREE year old son gets his toes done? Plenty of full grown, many straight, males get their nails done. “He doesn’t understand why he shouldn’t” that comment left my mouth wide open.
To the women who says her husband was appalled by the kitchen set, I was appalled by your ignorance for not knowing that little boys can pretend to cook in a kitchen just as much as little girls do.
For the love of god teach your children to love themselves and teach them that it is ok to love the color pink AND it is ok to love playing in the dirt.
Teach acceptance to your children, not sheltered ignorance.
You are supposed to grow up knowing god loves you for who you are, not god loves you no matter what unless you are a boy who likes pink and to play with a kitchens set.
Caught sleeping by the PRESIDENT.
